The replacement batch from the factory arrived over the weekend, and the units and packages are in much better condition than those received last week.



We are also running an extra process of QC and QA in our Taipei office to make sure the overall quality is up to standard.

That means that we’ll start shipping units that pass this final quality check process in batches from tomorrow morning.

We’ll also be sending out tracking codes individually as the packages begin to ship out.

We’re over the moon that we can finally start shipping out your orders to you. Please keep a lookout in your inboxes for your tracking codes, which will be sent this week.
