If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a full refund.

To qualify for a refund, please contact TeamRed at support@teamredlabs.com with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request. We will contact you by email once your request has been received and processed (usually within 7 days).

Upon requesting an RMA, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of all returned items. The customer assumes all risk of loss or damage of returned items while in transit.

The user must un-link their Pangolin device BEFORE returning the unit to TeamRed in the event of exercising a return (see Super User settings), otherwise TeamRed cannot refund the device.

Any returned items must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged) as per the sole discretion of TeamRed Labs Ltd., and the original Ethernet cable and power adapter must be included with the Pangolin device itself.

Unauthorized opening of the enclosure or tampering with the internal components of the board will void the RMA.

RMA requests may require a restocking fee of up to 18% of the purchase price as determined by TeamRed Labs Ltd.

TeamRed will refund the product only after receiving and inspecting the returned items. If a restocking fee is required, the amount will be deducted from the refunded amount.

The 30-Day Money Back Guarantee does not apply to units purchased on Kickstarter or pre-ordered on pangolinsecured.com.
Warranty
The Pangolin Smart Firewall device comes with a limited one (1) year manufacturer warranty. This limited warranty is valid only for devices purchased from pangolinsecured.com or through authorized resellers.
The customer assumes all responsibility for shipping charges of returned items (refer to Return Policy above).
TeamRed reserves the right to change these terms, conditions, policies or procedures at any time without notice.
